
All items displayed in the web site contain genuine Swarovski crystals and all Jewellery mounts are 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise stated. Because gemstones and crystals are natural products, some variation in size and colour is often unavoidable. We do however strive to gain the closest match possible, and as all our products are carefully selected, we can promise you that before being hand assembled into our jewellery, they will always be of the finest quality.
Goods are dispatched by UK Royal Mail service. The postage and packing cost is set at £2.50, whether you are purchasing 1 or multiple items and is added to your invoice when you complete an order online.
When we receive an order we will confirm the order to the email address supplied on the order form.
All stock items will be dispatched within 7 days on receipt of your order. If there are any delays expected we will confirm this to you as soon as possible.
Ocean Ice aims to ensure that on every occasion that you shop with us you will be delighted with your purchase. We do understand however that every now and again you may wish to return items. So here is our returns policy and some additional information you might find useful should you wish to return something to us.
1) The Ocean Ice guaranteeWe know that buying over the Internet, by its nature, is not the same experience as shopping on the high street. To help build your confidence in purchasing from our site, we offer you the following guarantee: if for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, then as long as you return it to us, unused, in its original condition along with its original packaging within 14 days of placing an order then we will refund to you the full price you paid within 30 days of us receiving the returned item in its original condition. We regret that we will be unable to refund postage and packaging costs. Please note that Ocean Ice may refuse any return under this guarantee if said item is not returned in the condition it was supplied by us. We do not exchange or refund earrings which have pierced ear mountings for Health and Safety reasons.
2) Faulty itemsMost of the Ocean Ice jewellery is hand made from 925 Sterling silver and all contains Austrian Swarovski crystals. All items are quality checked prior to being offered for sale. However as is sometimes the case with hand made items, faults can occur. We are happy to refund the price paid, repair or replace any item which is faulty or damaged as long as you return it to us, unused, along with its original packaging within 14 days of placing an order. Please note that where an item is no longer stocked or where it is uneconomical to repair the item, then Ocean Ice may choose to repay the purchase price or offer an alternative product of equivalent value. Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
Ocean Ice will not accept return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. Neither are we able to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
Our returns policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
To enable us to deal with your returned item in an efficient manner we would appreciate it if you would follow the following steps:
1) Please email us at: returns@oceanice.co.uk to let us know that you wish to return an item. Please include a valid return email address or some other contact information; we will issue a reference number for the return which should be quoted on any further correspondence, including when you return the goods. Please note the reason for which you are returning the item on the email. Should the item be faulty please give a full description of the fault.
2) If the item is being returned under our Ocean Ice 14 day guarantee, please include all original items of packaging.
3) Please ensure that all items are adequately protected and packaged with the items being marked as fragile on the outside of the packaging. We would suggest that items are either boxed or enclosed in a type mailing bags. We are not able to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Please note that Ocean Ice cannot accept responsibility for damage or delay caused by the delivery service and that proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please note that the Post Office recommend that jewellery is NOT sent Recorded Delivery.
4) Please return the securely packaged item with the reference number we issue and your contact details to:
